Official Rules — Cheap Old Houses Gas Card Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Cheap Old Houses Gas Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by CIRCA Old Houses, LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor, and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period through one (1) of the following methods:
A. Paid Membership Entry
Individuals who become new paid subscribers/members of Cheap Old Houses during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Membership is currently $12/month and subject to Cheap Old Houses membership terms and conditions.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
To enter without becoming a paid subscriber, eligible individuals may send an email to hello@cheapoldhouses.com with the subject line “Cheap Old Houses Gas Giveaway Entry” and include their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
All AMOE entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address regardless of entry method. Multiple entries beyond the permitted limit may be disqualified.
5. Prize Drawing and Odds
Four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about June 16, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
Four (4) winners will each receive:
- One (1) $250 digital Visa gift card
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $250
Total ARV of all prizes combined: $1,000
Gift cards are subject to issuer terms and conditions.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via email using the contact information associated with their entry.
Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize.
8. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state of residence, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or notice.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- technical failures of any kind
- unauthorized human intervention
- electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes
- inability of a winner to accept or use a prize
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Cheap Old Houses Privacy Policy:

14. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
