How Can I Apply To Be On Cheap Old Houses?

Own a historic Upstate New York home in need of some tender loving care? You could be chosen to have your fixer-upper brought back to life.


We are looking for historic homes located within 90 minutes driving distance of the Saratoga Springs/New York area to be the next stars of a renovation series.

 

Here are the kind of houses that would be perfect candidates for the show:

  • The home needs to be 100 years old, or older.
  • Needs to have been purchased for $150k or less.
  • Should be purchased within the last 12 months or currently empty.
  • Homeowners should have a budget that can be put towards the restoration project.


Owners will be part of the entire process and get to learn some of the history of their homes as they are restored to their original glory.


Interested homeowners should apply as soon as possible via the online application and additional questions can be sent to [email protected].
